If SiteLock Shows a Failed Scan:
If SiteLock finds a vulnerability, your dashboard will show a failed status for the scan which found the issue. If email notifications are turned on, an email will be sent notifying you of the issue. If email notifications are turned off, check the "Messages and Alerts" section at the bottom of your dashboard to see the notification that would have been sent via email.
If a failed scan occurs, you will need to contact SiteLock's specialized support team to get the issue resolved. Just Host's technical support team will not have access to your SiteLock account and will be unable to see the reports and scans which they have performed.

However, from SiteLock's website, they assure that they do not stop at just identifying an issue. Their team will actually fix your issues, harden your current website, and can even design and develop a secure website for your business, while maintaining ongoing security (additional fees or a plan upgrade may be required).
To begin working to resolve an issue from a scan, check the notifications for any steps to resolve less severe issues, or click on "Support" in the top navigation bar to open a support ticket with SiteLock and get further instruction from SiteLock's specialists
Per the SiteLock website: If a scan fails, site visitors will not be alerted to any problem. The SiteLock seal will simply continue to display the date of the last good scan of the website site. If the site owner fails to rectify the problem, within a few days SiteLock will remove the seal from the site and replace it with a single pixel transparent image. At no point will SiteLock display any indication to visitors that a website has failed a scan.
