Looks like you've stumbled onto an outdated article.

We've been updating things recently and a few articles were moved around. Here's what you were probably looking for: How to Modify MX Records: Email Routing.

If you have the MX records set to a server other than ours and you are having these problems, it may be that our hosting system (not the DNS system) assumes the MX is hosted locally and it fails delivering locally.

To remedy this, you would need to change the MX Entry.

  1. Log in to your Just Host cPanel account.
  2. Select domains.
  3. Click on zone editor.
  4. Use the domain drop down to select the domain.
  5. Scroll down to the MX (Mail Exchanger) section.
  6. Select More and adjust the settings to Local Mail Exchanger.
